Prepare for Your NDIS Audit with Confidence

NDIS internal audits, self assessments, policy review and compliance support to help you meet NDIS Practice Standards with confidence.

Deanne Leber (PhD) - NDIS Consultant with over 20 years experience.

Many NDIS Audit issues stem from gaps that can be identified and addressed, prior to an Audit.

For example, some providers assume that purchasing a suite of documents is enough to meet NDIS Audit requirements. Audits assess documentation at desktop review, as well as how documents and processes are implemented in practice.

Strong continual improvement systems and effective governance structures, strengthen the organisation’s ability to meet compliance requirements. It also creates confidence with both staff and participants, when a system is supported by professional and robust systems.

Helping Providers Prepare for Audit with Confidence

"We were really anxious about our upcoming NDIS audit – even though we'd purchased policies and procedures, we knew they weren't fully tailored to our operations, and we worried they wouldn't hold up under scrutiny.

Deanne stepped in and made all the difference. She worked closely with us to customize and strengthen our policies and procedures so they perfectly aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards.

She also conducted a thorough mock NDIS audit, which was eye-opening – it helped us identify and fix blind spots we hadn't even noticed.

When the real NDIS audit arrived, the auditor described the documents Deanne had prepared as 'superb', and we breezed through the policy and procedure section without any issues.

Deanne also supported us by preparing and submitting documentation for a new module, which we passed smoothly as well. Thanks to her hands-on expertise, calm guidance, and direct involvement, the entire process was stress-free and successful.

If you're facing an NDIS audit, Deanne is the consultant you want on your team – highly recommend!"
